  Service packages and pricing may vary depending on client requirements. All services begin only after a written agreement and confirmation through a proposal, contract, or invoice.

Users must use the Novalab website lawfully. Unauthorized activities such as hacking, data scraping, or any harmful actions are strictly prohibited.

• Payments are made according to the agreement/contract signed with the client.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Paysera, Stripe, Wise, and cryptocurrency.
• Invoices must be paid within 5–30 days from the date of issue.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

Refunds are handled under our dedicated [Refund Policy] page.
Every product or service created by Novalab SEO Agency may be refunded within 5 days of payment. Refund requests made after 5 days will not be eligible.

• Clients must provide accurate and timely information, including but not limited to website access, analytics credentials, and branding materials.
  Novalab is not responsible for delays or underperformance caused by missing or incorrect information provided by the client.

Novalab is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or third-party actions (including but not limited to Google algorithm updates or server downtime).
All SEO and marketing services are provided on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee specific rankings or outcomes.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business information.
Non-confidential data (such as testimonials, case studies, or anonymized results) may be used by Novalab SEO Agency for marketing purposes.

Novalab may use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
By working with Novalab, clients also agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party services.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
