How Novalab Helped Fronted Grow Organic Visibility, Authority and Sales
Client: Fronted
Industry: Global Recruitment and Workforce Solutions
Website: fronted.com
Fronted helps growth-focused companies recruit talent, employ international teams and establish business entities in new markets. Its services include global recruitment, Employer of Record, Contractor of Record and entity management.
The company had a strong service offering and a clear international audience, but it needed greater visibility among businesses actively searching for global hiring and workforce solutions.
Novalab developed an organic growth strategy designed to help Fronted capture more relevant search demand, attract qualified business traffic and convert that visibility into enquiries and sales.
Goal
The goal was to make organic search a stronger customer acquisition channel for Fronted.
The campaign was not limited to generating more impressions or ranking for a larger number of keywords. Fronted needed to reach companies actively planning to recruit internationally, hire employees abroad or manage global workforce compliance.
Our objective was to improve Fronted’s visibility at the moments when potential customers were researching these services and moving toward a commercial decision.
By connecting relevant search demand with Fronted’s recruitment and employment solutions, SEO could support more qualified enquiries, increased sales, revenue and long-term business growth.
The Situation
Before the campaign began, Fronted had an established website and was already generating organic traffic. However, its visibility did not fully reflect the value or range of services the company provided.
The market for international recruitment and employment solutions is highly competitive. Fronted was competing with larger platforms, established Employer of Record providers and recruitment companies with stronger authority and broader content coverage.
Potential customers were using Google to compare global recruitment companies, Employer of Record services, contractor solutions and international hiring options. Fronted needed to appear more consistently across those searches and clearly demonstrate why businesses should choose its services.
The opportunity was to strengthen its presence across the entire search journey, from early research to high-intent commercial searches.
The Organic Growth Challenge
Fronted needed to become relevant across several connected service areas without creating confusion between its pages.
Global recruitment, Employer of Record, Contractor of Record and entity management are related services, but each one addresses a different stage of international expansion.
The website needed a clearer relationship between these topics so that search engines could identify the purpose and priority of each page.
The campaign also needed to increase Fronted’s authority. Competing against established international platforms requires more than relevant content. The website needed stronger external trust signals and more referring domains to support its commercial pages.
At the same time, organic traffic needed to produce business results. Increasing visits without improving the quality and commercial relevance of that traffic would not have delivered meaningful growth.
Our Approach
We treated SEO as an integrated growth system that connected search visibility with Fronted’s commercial objectives.
The campaign focused on strengthening the pages most closely connected to revenue, building greater authority around Fronted’s core services and expanding visibility across traditional and AI-powered search.
Rather than targeting broad traffic without commercial value, we concentrated on searches used by companies interested in international recruitment, compliant employment and global expansion.
This approach helped Fronted attract a more relevant audience and create more opportunities to turn organic visitors into potential customers.
1. Aligning Search Demand With Fronted’s Services
Fronted provides support across several stages of global company growth. A business may begin by recruiting its first international employee, continue through an Employer of Record arrangement and eventually establish its own local entity.
The SEO strategy needed to represent this complete customer journey.
We aligned priority pages with the specific needs behind relevant searches. Recruitment pages were positioned around finding and hiring international talent. Employment pages were aligned with companies looking to hire abroad without establishing a local entity. Contractor and entity services were connected with businesses seeking compliant and scalable expansion options.
This made it easier for search engines to understand the purpose of each service and helped potential customers find the Fronted solution most relevant to their needs.
2. Strengthening Commercial Page Visibility
Fronted’s service pages were essential because they connected organic discovery with customer action.
We strengthened the relevance and clarity of these pages so visitors could understand what Fronted offers, how the service works and what their next step should be.
The objective was not to fill pages with keywords. Each page needed to answer the commercial questions that potential customers ask before contacting a global recruitment or employment provider.
This created a stronger connection between search intent, service value and conversion opportunities.
3. Building Content Around Global Hiring Intent
International hiring is a complex topic. Companies need information about recruitment, employment structures, contractor management, payroll, compliance and entity formation before making a decision.
Fronted had an opportunity to use its expertise to answer these questions and build visibility across the complete customer journey.
We developed and optimized content around the real concerns businesses face when expanding internationally. This supported users during the research process while directing them toward the relevant Fronted service.
By connecting useful information with commercial solutions, the website became better positioned to attract visitors at both the discovery and decision-making stages.
4. Creating Stronger Connections Between Pages
Individual pages cannot deliver their full organic potential when they operate in isolation.
We improved the relationship between Fronted’s informational content and commercial service pages. Relevant articles supported priority services, while service pages provided clearer paths toward related solutions.
This helped search engines understand the website’s main areas of expertise and distributed authority more effectively across important pages.
It also created a smoother user journey. A visitor researching global hiring could move naturally from an informational question to recruitment, Employer of Record, Contractor of Record or entity services.
5. Increasing Authority and Trust
Fronted was competing in a market where established providers already had significant website authority.
To improve its ability to rank across competitive searches, the campaign included authority and backlink growth.
Fronted’s Domain Rating increased to 30, supported by 939 backlinks and 533 referring domains. The reported growth included 659 additional backlinks and 438 additional referring domains.
This stronger authority profile gave Fronted a more competitive foundation for ranking across global recruitment, employment and international expansion searches.
The growth in referring domains was particularly valuable because it demonstrated broader recognition of the website across external sources rather than relying on a small number of websites.
Organic Search Growth
The six-month Google Search Console comparison showed clear improvement in Fronted’s organic performance.
Organic clicks increased from 2.5K to 2.98K, representing approximately 19% growth. Search impressions increased from 222K to 423K, representing growth of more than 90%.
The average search position improved from 19.6 to 12.3. This movement brought Fronted significantly closer to the first page across its keyword portfolio and increased its ability to compete for relevant searches.
CTR decreased from 1.1% to 0.7%. This decline occurred while impressions expanded rapidly, meaning Fronted began appearing across a much broader range of searches. It also created a clear next-stage opportunity to improve titles, descriptions and rankings for the new high-impression queries.
The overall comparison shows that Fronted expanded its search visibility, improved its average ranking position and attracted more visitors from Google.

Building Sustainable Organic Visibility
The longer-term Google Search Console data demonstrates how Fronted’s organic presence developed over time.
Across the 16-month period shown, the website generated 5.56K organic clicks and 664K search impressions. It recorded an average CTR of 0.8% and an average search position of 15.3.
The performance graph shows that Fronted moved from limited early visibility into a period of stronger and more consistent search demand.
This longer-term growth is important because it demonstrates that Fronted was not dependent on a single keyword or temporary traffic spike. The website expanded its visibility across a broader range of global recruitment, employment and international workforce searches.
Each new relevant search appearance created another opportunity for a potential customer to discover Fronted and consider its services.

Authority and Organic Search Performance
Fronted’s Ahrefs performance overview reflects significant growth across authority, organic traffic and keyword visibility.
Organic traffic reached 592, representing an increase of 496 in the reported comparison. Organic keyword visibility reached 65 keywords, with an increase of 41.
Of those keywords, 51 were ranking within the top three positions, representing an increase of 45 top-three rankings.
Fronted’s backlink profile also developed considerably. The website reached a Domain Rating of 30, while its backlink profile grew to 939 backlinks from 533 referring domains.
These improvements gave Fronted a stronger organic foundation and helped its important pages compete across more commercially valuable searches.
Expanding Visibility Into AI Search
Fronted’s visibility grew beyond traditional Google results.
The latest reporting showed 72 AI Overview appearances across 19 pages. This represented an increase of 68 appearances and 15 additional pages receiving AI Overview visibility.
Fronted also appeared in 53 Google AI Mode responses across 12 pages and recorded an initial appearance in ChatGPT reporting.
This growth demonstrates that Fronted’s content is not only being ranked in traditional search results. It is also being understood and referenced by AI-powered platforms when users research international hiring and workforce solutions.
AI visibility provides an additional discovery channel for Fronted. Companies increasingly use AI platforms to compare services, understand global employment options and research international expansion requirements.
Being referenced in these environments allows Fronted to reach potential customers before they visit a traditional search result.

Turning Qualified Traffic Into Increased Sales
The campaign produced more than higher rankings and greater search visibility.
By reaching more companies actively searching for global recruitment, Employer of Record, Contractor of Record and entity services, Fronted attracted a larger pool of commercially relevant visitors.
This stronger visibility contributed to increased sales. Organic search helped bring Fronted in front of potential customers at the moment they were evaluating how to hire or expand internationally.
The combination of higher visibility, more relevant traffic and clearer commercial pages created more opportunities for enquiries and customer acquisition.
As a result, SEO became a stronger contributor to Fronted’s sales and revenue growth rather than functioning only as a source of website traffic.

Most importantly, the increase in qualified organic visibility contributed to more sales and stronger revenue opportunities for the business.
Why This Worked
The campaign worked because each part of the strategy supported the same commercial objective.
Search demand was connected with the correct services. Commercial pages were strengthened to communicate Fronted’s value more clearly. Supporting content helped the website reach companies during the research process, while internal links guided those visitors toward relevant solutions.
Authority growth gave Fronted stronger trust signals in a competitive international market. AI search optimization expanded the brand’s presence into emerging discovery platforms.
The campaign remained focused on qualified traffic and commercial relevance rather than pursuing traffic numbers without a connection to Fronted’s services.
This allowed organic growth to contribute directly to increased sales and business development opportunities.
What This Means for Revenue
Organic search creates the most value when it connects a company with customers who are already searching for its services.
Fronted now has greater visibility among businesses interested in global recruitment, compliant international employment, contractor management and overseas expansion.
Every improvement in relevant rankings creates another opportunity to attract a potential customer. Every increase in qualified organic traffic creates another opportunity for an enquiry, sales conversation or new client relationship.
By increasing organic visibility and sales, Fronted developed a stronger acquisition channel that can continue supporting revenue and income growth without relying entirely on paid advertising.
Final Takeaway
Fronted operates in a competitive market where companies need trusted guidance to recruit, employ and expand internationally.
Novalab helped Fronted connect its services with more of the businesses actively searching for those solutions.
The campaign increased organic clicks, nearly doubled six-month search impressions, improved average rankings, expanded keyword visibility and strengthened the website’s backlink authority.
Fronted also developed meaningful visibility across Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, positioning the company for continued growth as search behaviour evolves.
Most importantly, the improvement in qualified organic traffic contributed to increased sales. This demonstrates what happens when SEO is treated as a business growth and revenue system rather than simply a way to generate rankings.
