How Novalab Helped Reisinformatica Build a Stronger Organic Growth Foundation
Client: Reisinformatica
Industry: IT Services and Digital Transformation
Website: reisinformatica.com
Engagement: Three months
Reisinformatica provides IT consulting, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, software development and digital transformation services to businesses looking to modernize their operations.
The company already had an established website and was appearing frequently in Google Search. However, much of that visibility was not converting into organic traffic, qualified enquiries or meaningful business opportunities.
During a focused three-month engagement, Novalab helped Reisinformatica improve how its services were presented in search, strengthen the visibility of important pages and create a clearer organic path from discovery to potential customer action.
Goal
The main goal was to turn Reisinformatica’s existing Google visibility into a stronger organic growth channel.
The objective was not simply to increase rankings or publish more pages. Reisinformatica needed to appear more prominently for relevant searches, attract more clicks from potential customers and guide those visitors toward the services that matched their needs.
Our strategy focused on improving organic visibility, increasing click-through rates, strengthening content relevance and helping priority service pages become more competitive in search.
The Situation
When Novalab began working with Reisinformatica, the website was already generating a considerable number of impressions.
During the initial three-month analysis period, the website recorded approximately 178,000 Google Search impressions. This showed that Google was already discovering and testing Reisinformatica’s pages across many different searches.
However, those impressions generated only 797 clicks. The average CTR was 0.4%, while the average position was 13.8.
This meant that many pages were appearing near the bottom of the first page or on the second page of Google, where click opportunities are significantly lower.
Reisinformatica did not have a visibility problem alone. It had a problem converting existing visibility into traffic and potential business opportunities.
The Organic Growth Challenge
The website contained valuable information about Reisinformatica’s services, but many pages did not communicate their purpose clearly enough to users or search engines.
Some important service pages lacked sufficient content depth, while others were not connected effectively to related pages. Search result titles and descriptions were not consistently presenting the strongest reason for potential customers to click.
The website also contained a large number of discovered URLs that were not indexed. Approximately 320 pages were indexed, while around 1,300 discovered URLs were excluded from Google’s index.
This limited the website’s ability to expand its keyword coverage and build stronger visibility across its full range of services.
The challenge was to identify which pages had genuine growth potential and help those pages perform better rather than trying to increase the number of indexed pages without a clear business purpose.
Our Approach
We treated Reisinformatica’s SEO strategy as an organic growth project, not as a collection of isolated optimizations.
The campaign started by identifying the pages already receiving impressions and ranking close to the first page. These pages represented the most immediate opportunity because Google already understood them and was showing them to potential visitors.
We then worked on improving how those pages appeared in search, how clearly they explained their services and how effectively they connected visitors with the next relevant step.
The broader goal was to make Reisinformatica easier to discover, easier to understand and better positioned to turn relevant search demand into qualified traffic.
1. Improving Search Visibility and Click Potential
Reisinformatica was already receiving significant exposure in Google, but the low CTR showed that the website was not capturing enough value from that exposure.
We reviewed high-impression pages and improved how their value was communicated in search results. Page titles and descriptions were aligned more closely with relevant search intent, while important services were presented more clearly.
The purpose was not to add keywords mechanically. The purpose was to make each search result more relevant to the person searching and provide a stronger reason to visit Reisinformatica.
This helped the website convert a larger share of its existing impressions into organic clicks.
2. Strengthening Priority Service Pages
Reisinformatica offers multiple technology and digital transformation services. However, some of the most important pages needed clearer positioning and stronger content relevance to compete effectively.
We focused on pages that could contribute directly to business growth. Their content was refined to explain what Reisinformatica provides, who the service is intended for and how it helps businesses solve specific operational challenges.
By making these pages clearer and more useful, Reisinformatica became better positioned to rank for commercially relevant searches and attract visitors with genuine interest in its services.
3. Building Content Around Search Intent
Organic growth depends on understanding what potential customers are trying to accomplish when they search.
We reviewed the relationship between Reisinformatica’s content, services and relevant search demand. Pages with limited information were improved to provide clearer answers and better support users during the research and decision-making process.
The content strategy was designed to strengthen both informational discovery and commercial visibility. This allowed Reisinformatica to address the questions potential customers ask before selecting an IT or digital transformation partner.
Instead of treating content as a way to fill pages, we used it to connect search intent with Reisinformatica’s expertise and services.
4. Connecting Content With Commercial Opportunities
Some important pages were not receiving enough internal visibility. This made it more difficult for search engines to identify priority services and for visitors to move naturally between related topics.
We strengthened the connections between relevant content and service pages. Informational pages were used to support commercial pages, while related services were connected through clearer contextual links.
This improved how authority moved across the website and created a more natural journey from initial research to commercial consideration.
The website became easier to navigate, while priority pages received stronger support from the wider content structure.
5. Creating a More Reliable Platform for Growth
At the beginning of the engagement, Reisinformatica had a website Health Score of 62. The site also contained 113 broken items and 412 redirects.
These issues made it more difficult for the website to use its existing content, visibility and authority efficiently.
The purpose of improving website quality was not simply to produce a higher audit score. It was to create a more reliable platform where important pages could be discovered, understood and ranked consistently.

Organic Search Performance
Following the implementation of the SEO strategy, Reisinformatica recorded improvements across the most important Google Search performance metrics.
Organic clicks increased from 1.95K to 2.22K. Search impressions increased from 437K to 443K, while CTR improved from 0.4% to 0.5%.
The website’s average position improved significantly, moving from 22.9 to 13.5.
This improvement showed that Reisinformatica was becoming more competitive across its keyword portfolio. More pages were moving away from lower search positions and closer to the first page, where they had a stronger opportunity to attract relevant visitors.
The growth in clicks also demonstrated that the website was beginning to capture more value from its Google visibility.

Stronger Organic Growth Indicators
The website Health Score increased from 62 to 99, while broken items decreased from 113 to only 5. Redirects were reduced from 412 to 100, creating a cleaner and more reliable website structure.
The latest performance overview showed 1.2K total visitors, 167 organic traffic and visibility across 122 organic keywords.
Domain Rating remained at 8. This is an important detail because it shows that the progress was not driven by a sudden increase in domain authority alone.
Reisinformatica generated improvement by making better use of its existing content, search exposure and service relevance.

Reisinformatica was already appearing in AI-generated search results, showing that its website contained information that search platforms considered useful.
The initial analysis identified 25 Google AI Overview appearances across two pages, together with an early appearance in Perplexity.
However, this visibility was limited and unstable. Only a small portion of the website was being selected for AI-generated answers.
Our content and organic growth strategy helped make Reisinformatica’s expertise clearer by improving service explanations, content structure, topic relationships and question-based information.
This created a stronger foundation for the website to be discovered and referenced across both traditional Google results and emerging AI-powered search platforms.
SEO Achievements
During the engagement, Reisinformatica improved its ability to generate value from organic search.
Clicks increased from 1.95K to 2.22K, while impressions reached 443K. CTR improved from 0.4% to 0.5%, demonstrating that a larger share of searchers were choosing to visit the website.
Average position improved from 22.9 to 13.5, bringing more keywords and pages closer to the first page of Google.
At the same time, the website Health Score increased from 62 to 99, broken items decreased from 113 to 5 and organic traffic reached 167 in the latest Ahrefs performance overview.
Together, these results show stronger visibility, improved search competitiveness and a more reliable foundation for future organic growth.
What This Means for Revenue
These results are valuable because they create more opportunities for Reisinformatica to reach businesses actively searching for IT services and digital transformation solutions.
An increase in relevant organic traffic gives more potential customers an opportunity to discover the company, explore its expertise and make contact.
Improved visibility alone does not generate revenue. The value comes from appearing in front of the right people, directing them toward the correct services and making it easier for them to take the next step.
This is how organic search contributes to business growth: it creates a long-term acquisition channel capable of generating qualified traffic, leads, sales opportunities, revenue and income without depending entirely on paid advertising.
Why This Worked
The strategy worked because we did not treat traffic, content and website quality as separate activities.
Existing Google impressions showed us where demand was already present. Content improvements helped connect that demand with relevant services. Stronger page relationships helped visitors and search engines understand which services were most important.
Website improvements then created a more reliable platform for those pages to perform.
Each part of the strategy supported the same objective: helping Reisinformatica transform existing search visibility into more valuable organic growth.
The Three-Month Engagement
The active SEO engagement lasted approximately three months before the client requested that the work be paused.
Because SEO growth compounds over time, the engagement ended before the complete long-term potential of the strategy could be realized.
Even within this limited working period, Reisinformatica improved its organic clicks, click-through rate, average search position and overall website quality.
The progress demonstrated that the website already had strong organic potential. Continued content development, service-page improvements and authority building could have expanded that growth further.
Final Takeaway
Reisinformatica did not need to begin its organic journey from zero. The company already had expertise, existing content and significant visibility in Google.
The opportunity was to make those assets work more effectively.
By improving search positioning, strengthening priority pages, aligning content with user intent and creating clearer paths between information and services, Novalab helped Reisinformatica build a stronger organic growth foundation.
The engagement showed that SEO is not only about increasing rankings. It is about connecting relevant search demand with valuable services and turning that visibility into qualified traffic, business opportunities, revenue and income.
